Essential to Enterprise

Corks & Cattle continues to make the butcher shop a primary focus. We offer melt in your mouth pork , house ground hamburger, homemade sausages , local ground bison as well as local Wagyu . Fresh fish is also available. Search the shelves in our general store and you will find a veritable plethora of goodies and local products, including honey, various seasonings and our very own Corks & Cattle barbeque sauce. Continue your search and explore the multitudes of wines from all over the world as well as an immense selection of craft beers.
